SUMMARY:HeartThread Practitioner Training
DESCRIPTION: From the time we are very young\, unresolved hurts\, grief and disappointments are shunted to parts of our body where patterns develop that “hold” our fears and angers. These unexpressed emotions and mental ideas of reactivity become beliefs that reside within our bodies\, creating places of “held” energy and dis-ease. Our breath no longer reaches the innermost parts of us\, thus creating stagnation and separation in our body and within its systems. When these unconscious patterns are made conscious from the intelligence of our cells through HeartThread\, our self-imposed fears and restrictions fall away. HeartThread brings clarity and conscious understanding of the physical patterns that affect our behavior and determine our approach to life. \nWhen we are joined through the heart\, we feel safe. As an organism\, this sense of safety influences and affects every cell in our body. No matter what has happened to us mentally\, emotionally\, or physically\, holding our heart with the HeartThread intention energizes all of our cells\, bringing light into them\, balancing them\, opening them\, and assisting them to flow with the energy of our consciousness. \nHeartThread (HT) trainings are three days in length and are practical\, experiential hands-on learning opportunities. HT is an easy-to-learn and simple-to-practice modality that is a great adjunct to other therapies. No prerequisites are necessary. You can begin working right away as a HT Facilitator. Certification protocols have also been developed to further qualify your practice. When we place our awareness in our heart\, we are outside of time.
