SUMMARY:Spring Equinox Celebration
DESCRIPTION:We will gather together to celebrate the re-birth of Nature\, the return of flowers and the wondrous healing colors. We’ll honor the Water and the Sun so that we may receive their cleansing\, nourishing energy. \nThe celebration will begin with a one hour sound bath offered by Iris McCray\, a certified Sound Healing Practitioner from Manassas\, VA. She plays and loves the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls\, Crystal Singing Bowls\, Gongs\, Harps Solfeggio & other Tuning Forks\, Indigenous instruments like Flutes\, Rattles Drums\, Berimbaus\, Bells\, Diggeridos\, Anklungs\, Steel Drums and other Sound Healing Tools.  You may wish to bring a pillow and blanket to comfortably lie down and receive the sound-vibrations. A gratitude donation is requested for participation. \nThe afternoon will be spent honoring Spring through ceremony and rituals led by Lorinda Ulmer owner of Grandfather Says. \nThe celebration will end with a fire circle and drumming in the evening. \nLunch and dinner will be potluck style or bring your own. \nThis event is considered a fundraiser for The Land Celebration and donations are appreciated. Our breath no longer reaches the innermost parts of us\, thus creating stagnation and separation in our body and within its systems. When these unconscious patterns are made conscious from the intelligence of our cells through HeartThread\, our self-imposed fears and restrictions fall away. HeartThread brings clarity and conscious understanding of the physical patterns that affect our behavior and determine our approach to life. \nWhen we are joined through the heart\, we feel safe. As an organism\, this sense of safety influences and affects every cell in our body.
